Federica Bresciani, our owner, has over 20 years’ Hospitality experience in some of the most renowned hotels and resorts in the world, spending the last 15 years dedicated to Revenue Management.
Through her work in major markets, including Italy and the UK, Federica understands the importance of Market Analysis and of knowing your Competitors.
She’s worked at Palazzo Arzaga on Lake Garda, at the Rocco Forte Group, at the Hotel Savoy in Florence and at the Hotel De Russie in Rome, as well as The Dorchester and The Lanesborough in London, before taking over as Cluster Revenue Manager for The Royal Park and The Cranley.
Moving back to Italy, Federica used her experience to apply the principles of Hotel Revenue Management to areas such as Spas and Restaurants, decreasing costs and increasing profits.
Federica started her own consultancy to help independent boutique hotels and small chains to maximise their Revenue and stabilise their visibility and consistency in the market.
